Our company was formed by my parents, Joe & Nancy Martin, in 1971. The company started out of a garage with a few trucks and a small workforce. Some of our builders we started with in the beginning are still serving today.

Our company has seen the good times and bad. My mom and dad taught us what good service was and what it takes to make a successful company.

Our company statement "Working to be the Best" means that we do not claim to be a perfect company, but we try our very best to give each customer the service, quality, and professional job that we would expect for ourselves.

My mom and dad retired in 2000, and my dad went home to be with the Lord in 2002. Although they are no longer serving in this trade, the spirit of the things they taught us will live on in our company.

What kind of cleaner can I use on my faucet featuring the Spot Resist™ Stainless or Spot Resist™ Brushed Nickel Finishes?

The Spot Resist finish can be cleaned with a mild soap, then rinsed thoroughly with warm water and dried with a clean, soft cloth. Never use cleaners containing abrasives (including abrasive sponges or steel wool), ammonia, bleach or sodium hypochlorite, organic solvents (e.g. alcohols) or other harsh chemicals (e.g. lime scale removers) to clean the Spot Resist finish, as they may damage the finish. Failure to comply with these cleaning instructions may void Moen’s warranty.

What foods clog my garbage disposal?

Why can’t I pour oils down my kitchen sink drain if I run hot water for a few minutes afterwards?

How-To Tips & Tricks

Recharging of Air Chambers (Knocking or Banging Pipes)

Turn water off at the main shut off.
Start at the lowest faucet and turn them on, working your way to the highest faucet.
Once the water has stopped coming out of all faucets, you’re ready for the next step.
Turn water back on at the main shut off.
Work from the highest faucet to the lowest, turning each off once the water flows steadily.

This is a common maintenance item.

Winter Tip: Don’t forget to remove your hoses from outdoor spigots before the first freeze to prevent freezing and splitting your sillcock.
